Description

Technical Parameters

The TP316Ti stainless steel seamless pipe, also referred to as 1.4571 stainless steel seamless pipe, is a type of austenitic chromium-nickel stainless tube that has been specially stabilized with titanium. This specific grade of stainless steel pipe is highly resistant to corrosion by low levels of hydrochloric and organic acids, making it a popular choice in various industries such as chemical, textile, and cellulose. Thanks to its excellent corrosion resistance properties, TP316Ti stainless steel pipes have proven to be incredibly durable and reliable, even in extremely harsh environments.

Our TP316Ti stainless steel pipes are carefully inspected to ensure that both their external and internal surfaces are free from any defects that can be detected by visual examination. We understand that every client has unique requirements, which is why we offer the option to cut our 1.4571 stainless seamless pipes to size based on their specific needs. Our TP316Ti pipes come with square-cut ends that are free from excessive burrs to ensure an optimal fit. Additionally, for tubes with a wall thickness exceeding 3.2mm, we provide beveled ends upon delivery. At our company, we are committed to providing top-quality stainless steel products that meet your every requirement.

We stock a wide range of polished finish 316Ti pipes, available in various diameters from 21.3mm to 323.9mm. Our expertise lies in the manufacturing of TP316Ti stainless steel seamless pipes, following strict adherence to EN10216-5 or ASTM A312/A213, DIN 17456, 17458, and JIS G3459/3463 standards. End

There are several end types that are commonly used in piping systems. These include Plain End (PE), Beveled End (BE), NPT, and Butt Weld End (BW). Each end type has its own unique characteristics and is used in different applications.
PE, also known as Plain End, is an end type that is not threaded or welded. This type of end is commonly used in applications where the pipe needs to be cut to a specific length. The end is left plain so that it can be easily cut to the required length.
BE, or Beveled End, is an end type where the end of the pipe is angled or chamfered. This type of end is used in applications where the pipe needs to be joined to another pipe or fitting. The angle on the end of the pipe allows for a better fit between the two pieces.
NPT, or National Pipe Thread, is an end type that has threaded ends. This type of end is commonly used in applications where the pipe needs to be threaded into a fitting or valve. NPT is a standard thread type used in piping systems.
BW, or Butt Weld End, is an end type where the end of the pipe is welded to another pipe or fitting. This type of end is used in applications where a permanent connection is required between two pieces. Butt welding is a common method used in piping systems to join two pieces together.

Standard

ASTM A312, ASTM A213, EN10216-5, DIN 17456, DIN 17458, JIS G3459, JIS G3463 are all important standards in the field of industrial piping. Each of these standards specifies the requirements for different types of pipes used in various applications.
ASTM A312 and ASTM A213 are both American standards that focus on seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel pipes. These standards cover a wide range of sizes and temperatures, making them suitable for various industries such as chemical, oil and gas, and food processing.
EN10216-5 is a European standard that specifically addresses the technical delivery conditions of stainless steel tubes for pressure purposes. This standard provides specifications for both seamless and welded tubes, ensuring their suitability for high-temperature and corrosive environments.
DIN 17456 and DIN 17458 are German standards that outline the general requirements for seamless circular stainless steel tubes and welded circular austenitic stainless steel tubes, respectively. These standards provide detailed provisions for dimensions, tolerances, and material properties, ensuring the quality and reliability of the pipes.
JIS G3459 and JIS G3463 are Japanese standards that focus on stainless steel pipes for corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant applications. JIS G3459 specifically covers seamless pipes, while JIS G3463 addresses both seamless and welded pipes. These standards are widely used in industries such as petrochemical, power generation, and heat exchangers.
Overall, these standards play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of industrial piping systems. By complying with these specifications, manufacturers can produce pipes that meet the requirements of various industries and provide reliable and efficient solutions for a wide range of applications.

Theoretical Weight (kg/m)

The weight per meter can be calculated by multiplying the difference between OD and WT by WT and then multiplying it by 0.02507. It is important to note that both OD and WT should be measured in millimeters.

Note:

OD is the specified outside diameter.

WT is the specified wall thickness

To prepare stainless steel pipes for use, it is important that they are free of scale. This can be achieved through a process called pickling, which removes any impurities that may have formed on the surface of the pipes. However, if the pipes are going to undergo a process known as bright annealing, then pickling is not necessary. Bright annealing involves heating the pipes to a high temperature and then cooling them rapidly, which results in a brighter and more reflective surface. By skipping the pickling step in this process, valuable time and resources can be saved, while still ensuring that the pipes are of the highest quality.

We will provide plain ends that are cut and deburred as standard. However, if you require threaded ends or ends beveled for welding, please provide us with the necessary details.
