Jiangsu Dekun Metal is a known manufacturer that specializes in cold drawn seamless stainless steel tubes. This type of steel tube is produced differently from hot-rolled pipes depending on the classification of the production process. During production, the tube's diameter is increased through a multi-pass cold drawing process, typically on single-chain or double-chain cold drawing machines with a capacity of 0.5 to 100 tons.
The tube we have here for cleaning purposes consists of two types: mechanically polished cleaning tube and bright annealing cleaning tube. Prior to use, the tubes undergo mechanical polishing, which involves three main steps: Coarse Grinding, Fine Grinding, and Quality Control of the external surface, including visual examination of the inner pipe, inspection of the appearance, assessment of roughness and roundness, and measurement of outside diameter thickness. After the polishing, degreasing is also necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the tubes.
The degreasing process involves three distinct steps, namely degreasing, passivation, and RO water rinse. Once all tubes have undergone another round of inspection, they can be conveniently packed and prepared for shipment. This method ensures that every tubing unit meets the required quality standards before it is shipped.
