All stainless welded pipes from Jiangsu Dekun are thoroughly cleaned before being delivered to ensure they are free of any scale.

The smooth ends of all stainless steel tubing with ultra thin walls must be free of burrs and must not deviate more than 0.8mm from straightness within a 900mm length.

After undergoing the final stage of heat treatment, stainless steel welded pipes are required to undergo either chemical descaling or pickling to remove all scales. However, in cases where bright annealing is utilized, there is no need for pickling or chemical descaling. This ensures that the pipes are free from any contaminants or impurities that may affect the quality of the end product. Theoretical Weight(kg/m)

To calculate the weight per meter of a pipe, you need to use the formula (OD-WT)*WT*0.02507. This formula requires you to input the outer diameter (OD) and wall thickness (WT) in millimeters. Once you have those values, simply plug them into the formula and calculate the weight per meter. Keep in mind that this formula assumes the pipe is made of a standard material and does not take into account any variations in density or composition.

To ensure the quality of stainless steel pipes, it is necessary to remove any scale present through pickling. However, if bright annealing is being used in the production process, pickling is not required as the annealing process eliminates the need for it.
